Linkspan – Mistletoe Bay Campground, Marlborough Sounds

Mistletoe Bay – Mistletoe Bay Trust is a not for profit Charitable Organisation formed in 2003 when the Department of Conservation  (DOC) were looking at options for the ongoing management of Mistletoe Bay Reserve and Campground.

This facility with a focus on environmental education was envisioned then to project Mistletoe Bay and New Zealand as a leader in conservation, education and sustainability.

The facility would offer an experience that both memorable and educational; one where visitors, young and old, would learn “hands-on” how to live sustainably within in a coastal ecosystem.

The Trustees are all volunteers with a driving passion for a sustainable future and an ironclad commitment to keeping a small piece of paradise protected, yet available for everyone.

The Mistletoe Bay & Camp Ground complex is located within a pristine setting in the breath taking Marlborough Sounds. It showcases New Zealand’s finest qualities: native bush, endemic fauna, clear water, solitude, recreation and peace.

Gregory Engineering were delighted to help this wonderful organisation and donated the labour to build the linkspan on the floating  jetty.

Fisherman’s Memorial, Picton Foreshore

AnchorBracketsWe’re proud to be involved with numerous community organisations and firmly believe in giving back to our community. We are happy to donate time and products where we can.

On Saturday 29 September the Picton Professional Fishers Association Inc held a consecration ceremony for their new memorial dedicated to fishers who have lost their lives at sea in the Marlborough side of Cook Strait since 1950. Gregory Engineering were pleased to be able to donate the brackets to hold the anchor.
